The host was friendly. She. my room was super clean and the linens smelled wonderfully clean (i always appreciate that!). i also found it convenient that there was plenty of free street parking available near the hotel.

the owner seemed friendly enough, i will give them that.
Our room was far too small. Barely space to move around. the television didn't work, and despite reporting it, nothing was done . the lack of a working television was annoying and impacted our evenings significantly.

The host was lovely and accommodating. My room was basic, clean, and included plenty of tea and coffee! I really appreciated having a key, so I could come and go as I pleased. The location was great, near bus stops and the tram service.
The continental breakfast offered had limited options. More variety would improve it.
